Cancellations & Refunds
At Dezmo, we strive to deliver the best possible services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a cancellation or refund is required. Please read our policy below:
Cancellations
Clients may request a cancellation of services by contacting us at contact@dezmo.co.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order will be eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations requested after work has commenced, refunds will be provided at our discretion, based on the stage of completion of the project.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered or completed.
Any advance payments made are non-refundable.
